Cydney Parkes - Brutal Beauty of Mixed Media Sculptures

Cydney Parkes presents a selection of mixed-media works that capture the essence of brutalism with surprising beauty. Combining concrete and industrial materials, she creates sculptures that embody the delicate dance between vulnerability and resilience. In a society obsessed with unattainable ideals, her art seeks to remind us that true beauty lies in embracing our authentic selves, including imperfections, and finding strength in our fragility.

Taiana Giefer - Sculptural Textile Art with Enduring Style

Taiana Giefer's artistic journey began as a fashion model, who transitioned from making clothes look good to making good-looking clothes. A serendipitous encounter led to her felting creations being featured in a Calvin Klein collection under Francisco Costa. This pivotal moment launched Giefer's career as a designer and maker of scarves and accessories, collaborating with renowned icons like Helmut Lang and Rick Owens. Today, Giefer brings her mastery of ancient felt-making techniques into the world of art and home interiors.
