Refund & Cancellation

1. ALL  purchases made through The Luxe List Atlanta, LLC are considered FINAL and nonrefundable.

2. Once a transaction is completed and payment is received, no refunds or exchanges will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

3. This policy applies to all products, services, and memberships offered by The Luxe List Media, including but not limited to digital content, event tickets, advertising packages, and consulting services.

4. In the case of service packages where the services are not fully utilized within the specified timeframe, the remaining services will roll over to the next month. These services will expire in 12 months. 

5. Service package credits will continue to do so until all services included in the package are completed.

6. Service packages are not be eligible for refund or rollover beyond the specified period.

7. Any requests for exceptions to this policy must be submitted in writing to The Luxe List Media's customer support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

By completing a purchase with The Luxe List Atlanta, LLC, customers acknowledge and accept the terms of this no refund policy, including the rollover of service packages.
