O'Dwyer Homes is greatly honored to mark another important company milestone. April 2022 will mark the locally owned and led company's 30-year anniversary of crafting new homes and communities in the Atlanta area. The entire O'Dwyer team is proud of the company's impressive portfolio of work including more than 2,300 new homes built while maintaining an average customer satisfaction rating of 95% over the years.

Tammy Williams, an entertainment industry veteran, is establishing a multi-million dollar film production facility called Cinema South Studios that will be located in Fayetteville, Georgia just a few miles away from Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta. Her new studio will be the first one to be owned by a Black woman in the state of Georgia.
