xoNecole Hosts Event Offered Spiritual Guidance and Wellness Tips to Attendees From a Variety of Special Guests

xoNecole kicked off Made For Me, an event created to promote healing and wellness among participants. In collaboration with Toyota Corolla Cross, the two-day wellness experience featured conversations, community, and actionable workshops centered on the mind, body and soul.

In honor of Women’s History Month, xoNecole is partnering with Toyota to curate a safe space with cutting-edge wellness experiences meant to elevate and expand our community with spaces and vibes. This 4-hour / 2 Day experience took attendees on a journey to discover and connect to their greatest selves with actionable workshops and a riveting keynote speaker Meagan Good.

After a long and stressful few weeks, I was ready to realign my spirit. As I walked into the xoNecole Made For Me experience on a bright Saturday morning in Atlanta, I was greeted with warm vibes. To start the day, a path must be chosen; Purpose, Love & Abundance. I have been on a spiritual journey of attracting Abundance, so by default the Abundance path sparked my interest! My first session started with Yoga and breathing techniques lead by the amazing Dr. Nicole Garner Scott. I sat down on the yoga mat, slightly apprehensive at what to expect. I closed my eyes, took a deep breath and Jhene Akio’s “Triggered Protection Mantra” filled the room. Being one of my favorite meditation songs I knew that I was in the right place. My guard was down and my spirit was open, ready to align my chakras.

Inhale

Exhale

Stretch

There was a sense of serenity and confidence as I looked at the ladies after the yoga session ended. An unspoken sisterhood was formed. After working up a sweat it was time for complimentary LUNCH! With many vegan options to choose from the jackfruit nachos were calling my name and MAN they were slamming. I was eager for the next session on the Abundance track with Dani Simone, who is a tarot reader, astrologist, and spiritual coach-Becauseeeeee the last month or so Mercury HAD to be in retrograde. The session with Dani was extremely insiteful from learning the basics of astrology and how they effect the spiritual energies of the world, to being in tune with your feminine energy was everything that I needed to hear and more.

During the interlude, I followed my spirit and was called to do an energy cleaning with Dee Corley, of Healing Fire Transformation who is an Energy Healer and Intuitive Life Coach. Truth be told, I am extremely leerily of energy healers but her spirit felt right from the beginning. I closed my eyes, inhaled, exhaled and she began-Revealing things about myself that only I knew. A confirmation that I am an Empath AND giving me the tools on how to release energy that isn’t mine.

My last exhale was something magical!

Now I have had a girl crush on Meagan Good for THE LONGEST and when she finally arrived she is everything you would expect.

Beautiful;. Confident. Calm. And of course STYLISH.

Meagan Goods’ keynote message with Gia Peppers touched on the 3 paths of the day; Abundance, Love and Purpose. With so many gems and positive takeaways, one thing that resonated from their open conversation was Meagans response to how she deals with rejection.
