This will also be an opportunity to explore various mindfulness techniques, including breathwork and meditation, aimed at enhancing relaxation. As the afternoon wanes, we'll shift our focus to the art of mocktail crafting, learning how to create refreshing, non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy and share.
