Follow this with a peaceful, meditative walk around the enchanting Enon Ranch, immersing yourself in tranquility. Upon our return, we'll gather for a lunch break. During our Madrid-inspired vegetarian lunch, we'll delve into a discussion on the stress-reducing and anxiety-relieving benefits of adaptogens. This will also be an opportunity to explore various mindfulness techniques, including breathwork and meditation, aimed at enhancing relaxation. As the afternoon wanes, we'll shift our focus to the art of mocktail crafting, learning how to create refreshing, non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy and share.
