Keith Mack, a seasoned real estate developer with over 30 years of experience, proudly announces the formation of Gibraltar Capital Partners, LLC (GCP), a full-service real estate development firm. GCP will offer turnkey solutions for complex real estate projects, delivering expertise in real estate development consulting, project and development management, and ground-up construction.
Mack’s impressive career spans the development of over $750 million and 3 million square feet in hospitality, office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use projects throughout the southeast. His notable achievements include serving in a leadership capacity in the execution of the $5 billion, 12 million square foot Centennial Yards mixed-use project as VP of Development at CIM Group, and spearheading Atlanta’s iconic 3344 Peachtree/Sovereign mixed-use project as Director of Development Services at Regent Partners. His extensive background also includes projects such as the Thompson Buckhead, the Thompson Savannah, and the Hyatt Place/Hyatt House hotel in Charleston.

About Keith Mack
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Keith Mack has been an integral part of the development and construction of significant projects in Georgia and Florida since 1994. He has served on the development teams for more than 600 million dollars of hospitality, office, multifamily, mixed-use, and transit-oriented development projects. In his most recent position, VP of Development at CIM Group, Keith executed the groundbreaking of the 5 billion dollar, 12 million square foot mixed-use development known as Centennial Yards. As the Director of Development Services at Regent Partners, he successfully executed the 3344 Peachtree/Sovereign mixed-use project in Atlanta, the 315 key Hyatt Place/Hyatt House hotel project in Charleston, South Carolina, more than 1.1 million square feet of tenant improvements, the 193 key Thompson Savannah, and the 201 key Thompson Buckhead. Most recently, Keith spent time leading the development team of the Centennial Yards project, which will ultimately revitalize Downtown Atlanta.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia. In 2009, Keith founded the Circle of Trust, a commercial real estate networking organization that boasts more than 5,000 members in Atlanta and Chicago. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
